Prior to Finding You a Home we will:
• Ask you to fill out the Home Buyer’s form below to assist in defining your needs and interests.
• Meet with you to discuss your needs and desires.
• Explain the Buyer Agency relationship.
• Assist you in pre-qualifying for the right mortgage.

During the Search for your new Home we will:
• Keep you informed of daily updates on properties that meet your buyer profile.
• Ensure that we are available to you by phone for questions and additional details.
• Review your buyer profile to ensure we are in tune with the current market.
• Review the Offer process.

At the Time of an Offer we will:
• Explain all paperwork necessary including any conditions and special clauses.
• Represent you in presenting the Offer.
• Present the Offer and handle negotiations until we have an agreement.

Once an Agreement is Reached and Accepted we will:
• Ensure that all documents are forwarded to your Lender.
• Open Escrow with the Title Company for a smooth and successful closing.
• Assist you in choosing a reputable and professional Home Inspector.
• Ensure all conditions and contingencies are completed in a timely manner (home inspection, mortgage financing, etc.).
• Keep you informed during the entire transaction.
• Be available for your future real estate needs and questions.
